Logs Khmer:Draws reminded that General Sovann Chief deputy national police and a
commissioner of Phnom Penh also claims that numerous leads in continuing research investigating the shooting, Dr. Ley to find relevant and accomplices other after a killer who act immediately.
Mr. Sovann said this at a press conference at the Municipal Police on the afternoon of 10 July 2016 on the suspect appeared shot Ley at the Star Mart Bokor Phnom Penh. The suspect has confessed to killing 38-year-old named workers in Thailand.
Gen. Sovann raised so that we continue to do research to find those behind the murder or an accomplice or accomplices involved in committing this murder. He added that after the suspects through confessions by some of the answers related, we find we have a lot of light, we reach to further research.
Dr. Ley social researchers to work as an independent political analyst killer was shot while he was sitting at the Star Mart Bokor in Phnom Penh at about 8:50 am on July 10, 2016.

However, Mr. Sovann not seem to believe that the killer whose real name is killed as his confession. He said it is hard to believe, because we named it (killing) has not been met. They confessed that they killed, I think this is not a real name.
Let's say that after the murder of Dr. Ley immediately Cambodian government, political parties, including civil society organizations have condemned the brutalities, and calls on the competent authorities to conduct research critical to the case. The suspect had just confessed to shooting Dr. Ley because of the debt was not repaid.
